Senior Business Systems Analyst

Summary:
We are in search of a colleague to fulfill a senior level Business Systems Analyst role.
This colleague will own the elicitation, analysis, documentation & validation of business and/or IT objectives.
Along with an understanding of basic principles of project delivery, business analysis and business engagement.
Will lead cross impact BSAs resources to the same quality and traceability standards for each effort.
Duties:
Work with the Business Lead to ensure the goals and objectives of the project are captured within the project's scope and related requirements Participate in the review and/or approval of key project deliverables (e.
g.
, Design and Test Plans) and ensures traceability to the approved Scope and Requirements Participate in the identification, quantification and mitigation of project risks and issues Responsible for understanding and communicating the status of the project's requirements to the project stakeholders Responsible for working with the Application BSAs to identify and escalate impediments to completing the requirements to the IT PM Work with the Quality Assurance Test Lead to provide ongoing status on progress, defects and risks throughout User Acceptance Testing Work with the IT Test Lead, IT Development Leads, Primary Business Lead, and/or third-party vendors to triage defects Work with the IT and Business PMs, Primary Business Lead and the Application BSAs to ensure that the Scope Project Change Management process Has a strong understanding of APIs, Real Time Service Calls, and external file transfers Complete Use Cases and User Stories to guide application development efforts, working closely with the development and business teams to ensure successful implementation Desired Skills/
Experience:
5
years of experience as a BSA with an Application Development background Experience in writing functional or technical requirements, project planning and management, with the ability to manage multiple projects Strong understanding of APIS It is preferred to have IT or business experience working in Collections or Credit Administration
