We are looking for a talented Senior Marketing Manager to develop and execute impactful growth and lifecycle marketing strategies and reach and retain new customers.
Tinkergarten is the national leader in outdoor, play-based learning.
We are a fast-growing, social impact team founded by education and tech industry vets operating within Highlights for Children, one of the most trusted brands in early childhood education.
Our platform, training and curriculum equip teachers and parents to facilitate outdoor, play-based learning for kids everywhere.
As our team's core marketer, you'll report directly to the SVP, Tinkergarten, and collaborate closely with all key functions across our small but mighty team.
Your work will directly drive subscriber growth, customer retention, and lifetime value, but most importantly, you'll make a significant impact for families across the U.
S.

Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
Work with management to build and manage our channel mix and marketing roadmap across acquisition and retention strategies, then plan and execute those strategies.
Generate ideas, hypotheses, and set and measure KPI targets needed to guide our rapid testing plans.
Design campaigns that will increase lead generation, new subscriber acquisition, and retention.
Collaborate directly with product, engineering and learning functions across the organization to execute on growth and retention strategies.
Manage end-to-end strategy, creation and deployment of targeted, personalized communication flows and campaigns across email and SMS channels.
Plan, test, execute and analyze campaigns across multiple teams within the organization continuously generating new learnings weekly, monthly and quarterly.
Within your first month, you'll:
Build a plan and roadmap for multi-channel marketing approachEstablish an understanding of baseline KPIS, and establish growth and improvement targetsBegin executing on campaigns that will lead to new subscriber acquisition and retentionWithin your first year, you'll:
Work with team to test and implement a variety of channels and audiences and learn about which perform most effectivelyHelp us to develop scalable, repeatable strategies for our business for lead generation, customer acquisition, and retentionHelp us to forecast KPIs for future year growthEducation and
Experience:
Requirements:
5-7
years of consumer direct marketing experience with a tech, e-commerce, and/or social impact brand (startup experience a plus).
Experience developing non-paid growth strategies and personally managing implementation and end to end campaign management across multiple channelsExperience in creating and scaling end-to-end omnichannel programs (email, SMS, landing pages) across customer lifecycle stages.
Experience with marketing automation tools like Hubspot, Iterable or Klaviyo and analytics tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude, and reporting tools like Tableau.
Copywriting and communication skills for email and web, ability to convey complex concepts in plain, easy-to-understand languageAbility to translate data into actionable learnings & optimizationsWhat would set you apart:
Strong knowledge of SEO best practiceStand our copywriting and communication skills, particularly for this audienceDomain knowledge / strong interest in early childhood education, parenting topics, and/or the outdoorsExperience in graphic design, illustration, videography, and/or photography

Paygrade:
E15Minimum - Maximum$80,650 - $120,950Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location, experience, and equity within the organization.
Physical Requirements:
