36 an hour 7 days ago 7 days ago 7 days ago Reporting to the Director of Communications and Security Technology, this position may perform some or all of the following duties, as required:
train communications division staff on current or new technologies utilized by the division; assist Director in general administrative work such as budget and resource priorities; develop and implement outreach initiatives; maintain, initiate, and develop administrative procedures pertaining to operational systems; monitor and evaluate programs and activities; maintain and administer technology areas including CCTV, electronic access, CAD/RMS, NG911, two-way radios, and other public safety systems.
Under direction, will assist/participate in processing, coordination, development, programming, and implementation of new systems and technology relating to video surveillance across the university as well as other security, police, and public safety systems.
Acts as a liaison to coordinate, design and implement systems and network technologies with the Office of the Chief Information Officer, Medical Center Information Technology, Student Life, Public Safety and others for systems and technology related to security, police, and public safety.
Conducts on-site training as needed for internal and external staff.
This intermittent, part-time position is subject to 24-hour call-in and works during home football games and other special events.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
