2K a year 14 days ago 14 days ago 14 days ago Scope of Position The Staff Training & Development Coordinator (IRP) position in the Department of Education, Development and Resources assists in providing classroom and skills instruction and one-on-one coaching to support the staff employed within Revenue Cycle departments and other patient-facing staff.
This is an internal resource pool position.
The person in this role will also participate in the biweekly New Employee Orientation (NEO) facilitation team.
Position Summary Works collaboratively with supervisors and managers of frontline patient-facing staff as well as department staff members.
Works as the primary classroom instructor for First Impression training given to staff within Revenue Cycle departments and other patient-facing activities.
Conducts one-on-one First Impressions skill assessment and coaching as assigned.
Coordinates activities with supervisors and managers of patient-facing staff.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in education, nursing, communications, human resource development, organizational development or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have strong facilitation skills, customer service skills and commitment to staff training and development.
Knowledge of ambulatory healthcare settings is a plus.
Experience in training customer service courses preferred.
Experience with, commitment to, and competence in dealing with diverse adult populations.
Ability to represent the OSU Medical Center as a Trainer in public areas of the Medical Center, upholding professional standards in behavior and appearance while respecting colleagues' roles as the point of contact with patients and family members.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
