10% Shift Differential Job Purposes:
The Customer Service Representative performs a variety of tasks including, but not limited to responding to incoming telephone calls or emails by answering customer inquiries and assisting with various consumer and protection membership products.
The Customer Care Specialist must be able to organize, access, read and comprehend product information on the computer terminal and phone calls, and proactively resolve and support the needs of every customer inquiry.
Responsibilities:
Provide an exceptional customer service experience to members by handling and responding to incoming customer service calls, over the phone sales and other miscellaneous services in a caring and timely manner.
Service customer by using available resources Manage and resolve customer complaints Provide customers with product and service information Update existing customer information in all applicable tools Identify and escalate issues Route calls to appropriate resource if necessary Document all call information according to standard operating procedures Retain customers when calling in to discontinue service Other duties as assigned Requirements:
