Sales Assistant
Job DescriptionBelFlex is hiring a Sales Assistant starting at $16/Hr at a company in Beavercreek.
Working 8am-5pm Monday through Friday.
The Sales Assistant is responsible for handling the day-to-day duties within the Sales Department providing support for the Sales Reps and customer service to customers.
Job Duties:
Receive request for quotations (RFQ) via telephone, e-mail, or fax and distribute to appropriate Rep.
Source the correct product if possible.
Obtain Purchase Order from Sales Rep, enter order, and generate picker.
Send sales order acknowledgments to customers.
Handle all customer complaints in a professional manner.
Expedite orders for customers and/or product from vendors.
Provide proof of delivery as needed.
Maintain and organize all filing for Sales Department Assist in answering incoming phone calls as needed.
Other duties as required Qualifications Required; Pass drug testing and meet background requirements.
Have HSD/GED Microsoft Office proficient Have good attention to detail skill Excellent phone skill Good business math and time management SDL2017 Recommended Skills Attention To Detail Business Mathematics Customer Service Filing Microsoft Office Sales Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
