The goal of the Senior Growth Manager is to significantly grow the number of unique encounters with prospects and to increase market share by following an aggressive growth strategy.

Primary Job Duties:
Conduct targeted, relationship-building, in-person calls on prospective independent physician practices to identify decision makers and qualify opportunities with the goal of setting qualified appointmentsManage a quota and follow up with interested physicians managing opportunities to closeTrack activities, leads, and pending deals in Salesforce (CRM) and participate in weekly sales meetings and calls with internal and external teamsCollaborate closely with in-office Growth Operations Associates to gather intelligence, research, and qualify prospectsHelp to segment a market/region with the Director to further develop a target list of independent primary care practicesDevelop strategies for maximizing our presence in-marketContribute new ideas and share best practices with a rapidly scaling national sales teamCreate relationships with potential partnersFollow through with communications to prospectsWork with the varied constituencies in Sales and Marketing to drive lead generation with top accounts and new opportunitiesSDL2017 Recommended Skills Primary Care Sales Salesforce.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
