This position is full-time and scheduled 8:
00am to 4:
30pm Monday-Friday with occassional weekend rotation.

This position is responsible for maintaining all aspects of the physical plant, preventative maintenance, routine service, seasonal repairs and changes, building equipment, and plumbing repairs.
Qualified candidates must have at least 1 year of maintenance experience, technical schooling prefered.
Must enjoy working with the senior population and possess excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on customer service.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
