Essential Functions:
Clinical management responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Conducting assessments of skill acquisition at intake and on a set schedule.
Developing and monitoring individualized treatment.
Assessing consumers' progress.
Establishing and monitoring the progress of treatment goals through a data system.
Assessing challenging behavior through conducting descriptive assessments and/or experimental assessments, developing behavior function-based support plans, monitoring the implementation of behavior support plans, and presenting data and recommendations for possible changes at supervisory meetings.
Educating and training all staff on behavior support plans and general classroom management techniques.
Educating and training parents and other providers (as applicable) on behavior support plans.
Assisting Clinic Coordinators and Behavior Technicians in day-to-day operations including but not limited to supporting crisis management, direct support of consumers, and leading instructional groups when necessary.
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social work, Education, or related field required.
BCBA certification in good standing.
Ability to provide BACB supervision to other colleagues if applicable.
Experience:
Preferably two or more years working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders.
Preferably two or more years of experience in the provision of educational or behavioral health services to individuals with co-occurring diagnoses of intellectual/developmental disabilities, autism, and behavioral health issues.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Exemplary data collection, including, but not limited to:
Internal data collection and filing Record of Service Pay-related timekeeping Demonstrated leadership qualities, including organizational and communication skills.
Proven training abilities.
Demonstrated clinical knowledge of many children with autism in different areas of the ASD spectrum.
Exemplary attendance and professionalism.

Qualifications:
Must be able to function independently and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and partner agencies.
Must be able to work with individuals who are nonverbal, disabled, emotionally ,upset and at times hostile people within the facility.
Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
Supervisory Responsibility:
This position supervises behavior technicians and program staff within the assigned center-based program.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a center-based environment with children with behavioral and developmental needs.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
The employee must be able to pass training to become certified to provide physical intervention as needed.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:

Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel:
Travel is occasional and is primarily local during the business day.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
