$55,000-$62,500 Position Summary The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for supporting and working alongside the Director of People & Culture, Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Generalist.
Duties & Responsibilities This position will be instrumental in the staff experience with day-to-day operations, coordinating activities, and supporting the onboarding of new hires.
In addition, this role supports the HR office with payroll, recruiting, benefits, filing, training, HR compliance, special projects, and various initiatives.
Collaborate, engage, and respond to employees and leaders related to human resources questions, problems, and issues.
Oversee internal payroll, employee data, accurate reports, and data and performs other duties as requested.
Coordinate and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job descriptions, posting jobs, conducting interviews, background checks, paperwork process, and new hire orientation.
Effectively manage a wide range of tasks and objectives while balancing the demands of frequent interruptions that may occur; adapt well to stopping and starting job tasks and maintain a cooperative, confidential, and courteous relationship with staff.
Anticipate, identify, intervene, and resolve issues.
Conduct investigations of employee concerns and issues, as needed, and ensure timely and responsible resolution.

Tech Savvy - Highly Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Zoom Comfortable and discreet in handling confidential information Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, regulations, and guidelines People person - strong interpersonal and communication skills Sound decision-making and ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously.
Highly responsible, reliable, and trustworthy Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented and accuracy under pressure Motivated and Self-Starter - Works best with limited oversight
Qualifications:
Associate or bachelor's degree in human resources, finance, or a business field, or equivalent work experience.
Two or more years' experience as an HR generalist, preferably in an upper-level HR generalist role 2 - 5 years' experience within the field of Human Resources experience, payroll, or business office.
Must be able to work a standard work schedule M-F 9 AM-5 PM, with minimal work from home.
Must be able to work occasional weekends and a few strategic special events.
Additional preferred skills:
Experience with ADP workforce now and Applicant Tracking Systems / HRIS systems integration (Experience preferred but not required) Experience with union environment, regulations, and procedures.
Two or more years of general office, clerical experience, and recruiting.
Two or more years in administrative roles that require high attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication with all levels of an organization.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
