They are responsible for ensuring and managing the coordination and execution of our programs.
This role will also handle operational and customer related communications with our communities and partners.
Responsible for contract management operations, analysis and processing of non-standard and strategic contracts.
Participates in daily Contract Management operations and resolve routine and complex contract management questions and requests.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS are listed below:
Verify accuracy of contract management data, review and analyze individual accounts making independent decisions regarding contract activities.
Serve as a primary contact for contract management inquiries through proactive communication with Sales and Customers.
Identify, analyze and determine root cause of contract discrepancies and work to resolution.
Recognize problem accounts and independently take the necessary steps to resolve issues and revise errors.
Communicate and maintain relationships cross departmentally to troubleshoot issues and verify data.
Work with IT to improve system-driven automation.
Responsible for accurately updating and generating reports, analyze and draw appropriate conclusions.
Maintain SOX Compliance and implement and execute internal controls to reduce risk.
Ensure high degree of customer service for both internal and external customers.
Ensure processes and training materials are documented and regularly maintained.

00 Minimum Requirements BASIC
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree required, in accounting, finance, business management or related field of study.
Experience:
2 or more years of back office operations or relevant business experience.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS Technical understanding of information systems.
Ability to read and interpret general business and technical documents as well as deliver concise communication to the sales team, customers and other AEP Energy employees.
Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
