As part of the Help Desk team, Computer Support Assistants provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software by answering users' questions, training users on basic system and computer functions, addressing system and user issues, and resolving issues in a timely and professionally and patiently.

Responsibilities / Requirements Motivated to learn IT.
Provide patient assistance to customers via chat and screen share Comfortable working with computers Provide guidance and suggest resolution to customer difficulties Ability to remain calm in a fast paced environment Work well with managers and team mates These jobs require sitting for 2 hours at a time.
Ability to work overtime as required to solve customer issues.
Details $37,000 annual / 18.
