This position provides direct and in-direct supervision and leadership of up to 30 seasonal employees at various peaks throughout the year.
Essential Duties &
Responsibilities:
Manage all outbound ecommerce shipping operations Coordinate with QA to ensure all outbound SQF and FSMA requirements are met Communicate daily work load and issues Monitor employee performance and provide recommendations to the Shipping Supervisor.
Impact onboarding experience for all seasonal employees.
Participate in continuous improvement teams to drive increased efficiencies across all channels Collaborate with peers and across departments to promote cooperation and clear communication Impact retention by fostering a respectful team environment that supports workplace values through professional communication and timely problem solving Provide training and feedback to Shipping employees.
Partner with Human Resources in areas of recruiting and onboarding Maintain and actively support all company safety and security programs and ensuring the safe conduct of all associates within the facility May be required to work a different shift out of season.
