Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the executive team and perform general office duties - Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements - Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events - Answer and screen phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries - Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents - Organize and maintain physical and digital files and records - Conduct research and gather information as requested - Assist with personal tasks such as shopping, errands, and reservations Requirements:
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) - Familiarity with managing calendars using Outlook or similar tools - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality - Strong customer service orientation - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Basic proofreading skills to ensure accuracy of documents Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities and requirements.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
