The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has at least two years of experience in a full-time management position.
As our Night Club General manager, you will manage staff and inventory and ensure each guest has a positive experience.
Night Life General Manager Requirements:
Minimum of 3 to 5 years supervisory experience in a high-volume, upscale food and beverage and/or nightclub environment required Previous experience with new venue openings High School Diploma required -Associate or bachelor's degree preferred Ability to problem solve Ability to develop project plans, manage difficult customer situations, balance team and individual responsibilities, and delegate work assignments Must display passion and optimism; Inspire respect and trust Must be a true leader of people Must possess business acumen and work within the approved budget Must be able to operate under high-stress levels May be required to lift or move up to 50 lbs using proper lifting techniques and withstand long hours on your feet in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Non-typical office hours will be customary, including evenings into e early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:
Directs all nightlife operations Delivers revenues and profits Maintains patron satisfaction and builds relationships with preferred customers Focuses on recruiting, selecting, orientating, training, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining management and hourly staff while communicating job expectations; enforces policies and procedures.
