Oversee all aspects of catering orders from hands on food preparation and presentation to delivery and execution.
Drive the expansion of our catering operations through proactive sales and client acquisition strategies.
Provide impeccable follow-up service to ensure client satisfaction and cultivate repeat business.

Job Requirements:
Proven experience in catering management, kitchen lead or a similar role.
Exceptional organizational skills and a self-starter mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for effective client relations.
Ability to work flexible hours, primarily mornings and afternoons, with rare weekends.
Knowledge of the breakfast and lunch restaurant industry is highly beneficial.
Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for deliveries.
Experience in catering, especially within breakfast concepts, is preferred.
