Reports To This position will report to the HR Director.
General Summary Support a high-performance fast-growing culture with a strong dynamic in Human Resources.
This role is responsible for assisting with the development of processes and metrics in the HR department while promoting the organization goals.
This person will serve as a link between leadership and employees.
HR Responsibilities Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, payroll, and employment law.
Use HR systems to empower team and eliminate office tasks.
Review terms.
Support discipline actions.
Recommend and help develop positive employee relation practices.
Conduct investigations.
Coordinate HR training programs.
Support implementation of performance reviews.
Submit unemployment claims.
Submit employee verifications.
Support onboarding process when necessary.
Partner with recruiters to execute successions plans.
Monitor benefits plans.
Monitors pay practices regarding bonuses and time off.
Requirements Knowledge of compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, employee relations and team engagement.
Strong written and spoken skills.
Outstanding interpersonal skills.
Resource to leadership on all HR knowledge.
Excellent computer skills.
Experience with benefits and compensation.
Desire to make a difference and build a new brand.
Ability to work effectively with a team and independently.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Bilingual preferred.
Be over 18.
Pass a criminal background check.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
At least 2 years Paylocity experience.
Compensation Full time, Monday-Friday Paid time off after 90 days $55,000-$60,000 based on experience Job Type:
