6 Obetz, OH Obetz, OH Full-time Full-time $20 an hour $20 an hour The Labor Coordinator is responsible for managing the administrative duties relating to associates within the operations area.
Main tasks include taking daily attendance, creating weekly schedules in partnership with management, supporting appropriate clocking procedures, and creating daily reporting for productivity numbers.

Manage the daily attendance logs, and match up with electronic punch data to ensure accurate time records for associates Working with managers, create both weekly schedules and schematics of where the associates will work and at what times to maintain correct labor flow throughout the shift Must understand the systems (ADP based) as well as the processes on the production/fulfillment floor to ensure appropriate scheduling Manage vacation/time off requests Produce daily reporting for finance regarding productivity and work differentials Able to cover production/distribution needs during down time or for coverage of other supervisors Able to work flexible hours if needed (weekends at peak) Requirements 2-3 years of related work experience Must have an ability to work with multi-level teams in a matrixed environment Very strong organizational skills with the ability to consistently meet deadlines with accurate and detailed results.
Strong self-starter with initiative, able to take tasks through completion with solid results.
Top candidates for this position will have experience with ADP Enterprise, eTime.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and excellent interpersonal and communication skills are also necessary.
