Work Model:

Qualifications:
o Minimum associate degree in business, finance, marketing or related field.
Required:
o 5
years' experience working in professional environment.
o 2
years Project Management Office experience o Excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task while working with multiple stakeholders.
o Ability to execute multiple projects on an ongoing basis.
o Proficiency with MS Office tools:
PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams.
o Ability to create professional communications using Word and PowerPoint while adhering to Corporate Identity standards.
o Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative to move projects forward.
o Demonstrated ability to discern importance and urgency of topics raised and escalate issues as needed.
o Demonstrable ability to communicate professionally via email, phone and in-person.
Preferred:
o Experience working in an agile environment, maintaining Jira and Confluence o Experience building and maintaining SharePoint Online site.
o Experience maintaining project plans using MS Project.
Responsibilities:
o Support the maintenance of the initiative slide master, detailed project plan, and milestone synchronization plan across all aspects of the initiative.
o Support the preparation of project working sessions, sounding boards, steering committees and document results/taking minutes.
o Organize and maintain Teams pages and files to ensure that content is current, accessible and easy to navigate.
o With support from IMO analysts, creates high-visibility communications and presentations to provide status updates to stakeholders and executives.
o Onboard vendor resources including (e.
g.
user credentials, hardware, building access, email, etc.
) o Maintain vendor travel logs and reconcile with vendor invoicing.
o Manage business-facing communication channels such as Confluence, SharePoint and Teams sites to ensure up-to-date content and relevant messaging.
o Support Organizational Change Management activities with creation and distribution of written communications.
o Coordinate meetings ensuring availability of rooms, participants, equipment and resources as needed for initiative activities.
Coordinate with Sub-Product Owners and Workstream Leads to mitigate conflicting meetings and activities.
o Manage department email box, calendars and distribution lists.
o Order supplies needed for BOBCAT Initiative team.
o Promptly escalates decisions and issues with appropriate IMO team member and/or BOBCAT leadership team.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
