FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Greets, directs and registers all visitors in a professional and friendly manner Ensures seamless coverage of the highly-visible reception desk at all times Answers, screens and routes telephone calls.
Resolves routine and non-routine administrative problems and answers inquiries Sorts, screens, and distributes incoming & outgoing mail Prepares photocopies and operates a variety of office equipment Compiles medical records Collects co-pays and prepares receipts Takes initiative to assist colleagues and clients when the need arises schedule to include holiday rotation and occasional weekends when weekend receptionist is not available this position is required to report to the workplace during inclement weather REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS A friendly, supportive and professional demeanor Previous medical office experience preferred Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent telephone skills Excellent customer service skills Excellent computer skills Excellent multi-tasking skills Must be punctual Job Type:
