Call Control is looking to bring on board, several new team members! It's time to break up with your typical 9-5.
We are looking for individuals that break the customer service barriers and are willing to help us succeed in breaking the call center norm.
5-day work week, 25 hours per week, one weekday and Sunday off.
Mondays and Saturdays mandatory Eligible applicants will be emailed an assignment upon review of their resume Job Duties:
Receive inbound calls on behalf of dealership clients and assist customers.
Schedule service appointments and answer basic inquiries as needed.
Project a friendly and helpful demeanor while communicating with customers.
Gather and update customer and vehicle information.
Address customer inquiries and concerns to meet dealership and manufacturer objectives for follow-up calls.
Work efficiently and effectively in a team-based environment.
Conduct outbound calls following a pre-designed script (service/sales follow-up).
Strictly adhere to all company direction related to the National Do Not Call List and Privacy Acts.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
