Job Duties - Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members - Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and scanning - Assist with event planning and coordination - Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed - Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members - Assist with project coordination and follow-up tasks - Maintain a clean and organized reception area Qualifications - Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor - Knowledge of dental receptionist procedures is a plus - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently Job Type:
