The Part Time Administrative Assistant of Benefits responsibility is to assist in the administration of the Benefits Department Tuition Reimbursement, Internship Program Coordination, on-boarding processes, and in the general needs of the Department.

What you will do Help administer and track tuition reimbursements; Help with the Fall Internship program by posting jobs, screening candidates, and preparing for next semester; Prepare, create a plan of action to incorporate New Hire Benefits tools and update the White Castle Intranet site; Other duties as possible, including coordinate and participate in team building & volunteer activities.
