Work week is Monday-Friday, 8a-5p on site and in person.
Primary focus is full-cycle recruitment of potential employees, including screening, interviewing and performing hiring prerequisites.
May assist with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Collaborate with Human Resources Manager to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source, screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the organization.
Coordinate and conduct job fairs, campus recruitment and other talent acquisition events.
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from posting positions to extending offers.
Electronic Onboarding:
Facilitate the electronic onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all required documents are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure new hires have the necessary equipment, access and resources on their first day.
Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, culture and expectations.
HR Administrative Assistance:
Provide administrative support to the HR department, including but not limited to, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate databases and handling confidential HR information.
Prepare and distribute HR-related communications, such as announcements, policies, and updates.
May provide assistance with the development and maintenance of HR documentation, reports and records.
Communication:
Regularly communicate with Human Resources Manager to provide updates on recruitment activities, candidate status and project objectives.
Act as a point of contact for new hires to address inquiries and ensure a positive onboarding experience.
Collaborate with department personnel to foster a positive employer brand.
Qualifications:
High School Graduate, or equivalent.
Demonstrated human resources experience screening and interviewing candidates, either by phone or in person.
Familiarity with ATS, electronic onboarding systems and HRIS software preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Familiarity with database management for electronic application and onboarding programs.
Valid Ohio driver's license, automobile and good driving record are required.
Pre-employment criminal background check and drug testing are mandatory.
Background and reference checks will be conducted.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
