LISW-S, LISW or LPCC - Behavioral Health Consultant
A national healthcare system in the Columbus Area is seeking to hire a full-time and permanent Behavioral Health Consultant (LISW-S, LISW or LPCC) to join their team as the program has significantly increased in patient census.

Duties and
Responsibilities:
As the Behavioral Health Consultant, you'll focus on providing individual and group counseling, comprehensive assessments, and crisis interventions for patients with multiple chronic medical conditions, as well as providing advice and support to the multidisciplinary team about behavioral health perspectives, to assist in improving patient care.
You will take a trauma informed care approach with patients with an emphasis on harm reduction and motivational interviewing to elicit behavioral change You will serve as the subject matter expert in behavioral health to the multi-disciplinary team Make referrals for behavioral health levels of care such as ACT, IOP, PHP, residential treatment or inpatient services Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm Days - no nights, holidays or weekends! Salary Range:
$70,000 to $80,000

Qualifications:
LISW, LISW-S or LPCC 2
years' experience with patients who have multiple chronic medical conditions, and acute/chronic behavioral health needs Serious Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) training, preferred If you are an independently licensed social worker (LISW-S, LISW or LPCC) who is passionate about your local community, we would love to hear from you.
