We hire top talent who shares our values! The Role The HR Assistant position is an in-office role (typical hours of M-F 8am-5pm) that reports directly to the HR Manager.
Points of responsibility include:
Responsible for scheduling with managers and staff in general when it comes to HR related meetings, onboarding/training meetings, recruitment scheduling (including but not limited to interviews, reference calls, etc.
) Responsible for posting/removing job postings as well as notifying all candidates during the process.
Acts as an internal recruiter for open positions and reviews resumes for applicants who have applied.
Conducts culture Zoom screens and/or reference calls when hiring manager is not available.
Runs the BlastOne Uniform Program which includes uniform ordering, distributing uniforms, maintaining stock levels, and organizing the uniform rooms.
Handles the administrative side of staff wellness programs.
Assists in the administrative piece of keeping documentation accurate and up to date.
Assists with onboarding plans with direct manager/staff involved with the process.
Assists the HR/Admin Team with Staff Events Responsible for ordering employment posters and keeping them up to date each year for all locations.
Assists with offboarding tasks for when employees leave.
Ensures all staff job descriptions are filed/up to date Distributes electronic/paper documents/other items to staff where necessary.
