Role Description We are seeking a full-time Service Dispatcher to join our team located in the Columbus, Ohio In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling and dispatching our team of service technicians to customer sites.
Your day-to-day tasks will include answering customer calls, entering service requests into our system, coordinating job schedules, and ensuring that work orders are completed to our customers' satisfaction.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Prior experience working as a dispatcher or similar role preferred Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and the ability to learn new software quickly Familiarity with the heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration industry preferred Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays Must be located in the Columbus, Ohio Metropolitan Area Sage 300 Experience (not required) Other Industry Software Knowledge (ServiceTitan, ServiceTrade, Field Edge, etc.
