Come be a part of our expanding and evolving team! We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Construction Permitting Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for obtaining and managing all necessary permits for construction projects in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Responsibilities:
Research and obtain all necessary permits for construction projects Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Manage and maintain all permit documentation Communicate with project managers and contractors to ensure timely and accurate permit acquisition Provide guidance and support to project teams regarding permitting requirements Attend meetings with regulatory agencies as necessary Stay up-to-date on changes to regulations and permitting requirements Track and maintain expense reports across 9 locations Requirements:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction permitting REQUIRED Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficient in Microsoft Excel and permit tracking software Working hours 8a-4 pm Monday- Friday
