Project Manager
Job Description:
My client is seeking a talented and motivated Project Manager in Architecture to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical proficiency, and a passion for delivering exceptional architectural solutions. As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing project execution, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept design through construction administration, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and schedule.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal project teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor project progress to ensure milestones are met and deliverables are achieved.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve design issues, technical challenges, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and contracts, to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, quality, and safety, and address any issues or concerns as they arise.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff members, promoting professional growth and development within the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Professional licensure (Registered Architect) preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in architectural project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
