Job Description:
Client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst that has strong communication skills to work in a team environment to define and formalize functional business requirements and analyze current system functionality to provide process improvement suggestions. Duties include but are not limited to:
o Defining functional requirements that describe what the system, process, or product/service must do in order to fulfill the business requirements.o Define User (stakeholder) requirements that reflect how the product will be designed, developed, and define how test cases must be formulated.o Defining Quality-of-service (non-functional) requirements which do not perform a specific function for the business requirement but are needed to support the functionality. For example:
performance, scalability, quality of service (QoS), security and usability.o Defining Report Specifications - define the purpose of a report, its attributes and columns, owners, and runtime parameters and/or develop reports matching those specifications.o Utilizing strong organizational and writing skills. Developing graphic representations business processes.o Support User Acceptance Testing.o Triages and prioritizes customer enhancement and incident/bug tickets.
