Senior Accounting Analyst
GEE Group is looking for a Senior Accounting Analyst to join a leading manufacturing company dedicated to excellence and innovation.
Reporting to the Controller, you'll collaborate closely with business leaders, support financial operations, and drive performance analysis initiatives.
Key
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business leaders to understand financial impacts and educate departments on cost drivers.
Support journal entries, reconciliations, month-end processes, and special projects.
Assist in implementing financial systems and preparing reports on projects and assets.
Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation.
Provide ad-hoc analysis to support company performance.
Ensure accuracy in invoicing and inventory reconciliation.
Maintain confidentiality and adapt to changing demands.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
5
years of financial analysis experience.
Knowledge and ability to do Cost Accounting
SAP proficiency
Skills & Abilities:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems, and financial principles.
Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
