We manage dozens of fully furnished rentals in prime locations around the city and offer flexible month-to-month terms.
Our guests are executives, couples, and families who need a comfortable temporary home during work travel assignments, relocations, home repair/remodels, medical treatments, etc.
People pay a premium to stay with us vs.
cheaper providers because of the experience we provide, and we go above and beyond to impress them As a result, we are frequently trusted by local organizations (The Ohio State University, The Columbus Crew, etc.

We want every guest to feel at home and genuinely taken care of - almost like they are staying with family.
But creating this kind of experience for dozens of guests at the same time is not as easy as we make it look! Like a choreographed dance, we have to get a lot of little things rightwhich requires exceptional planning, organization, and attention to detail.
That's where you come in.

) WHAT THIS POSITION INVOLVES:
As our Operations Assistant, you'll be working directly with our founder/CEO on a daily basis.
You'll be his right hand person for a variety of operational tasks; a trustworthy Jack/Jill of all trades who's happy to do whatever it takes to help keep the ship running smoothy.
One moment, that could mean following up with a VIP guest to make sure their check-in went smoothly and ask if they need anything.
Another moment, it could mean inspecting a bathroom with a blacklight before a new guest's arrival to make sure our cleaners didn't miss anything.
You'll get lots of training early on so that you feel comfortable and confident.
But you should come already armed with a serious work ethic, an exceptional eye for detail, and knack for resourceful problem solving.
You'll be assisting with tasks like:
? Communicating with guests via phone/email and helping them with a variety of questions/requests ? Monitoring our reservations calendar to make sure we're always in touch with the needs and plans of each guest ? Coordinating our cleaning schedule and making sure turnovers (deep cleans between guests) are efficiently assigned ? Keeping calendars and email inboxes organized ? Training new members of our cleaning team on our cleaning, laundry, and staging processes ? Evaluating our various vendors/suppliers periodically to find opportunities for savings ? Updating our online apartment listings and helping with changes/improvements (swapping out photos, changing text, etc.
) ? Coordinating maintenance requests with our partner properties and following up with guests to make sure their issues were resolved ? Ordering supplies to make sure our little warehouse stays well stocked and organized with everything our team needs (linens, towels, fancy coffees and teas, etc.
) ? Helping with the launch of new rentals (stocking kitchens and supply closets, setting up TV's, creating documents to keep track of utility accounts and passwords, etc.
).
? Contributing any new ideas you think of that might help us improve our processes and get better at what we do ? And a variety of other tasks as needed! You'll spend about half of your time on the go - running random errands, inspecting apartments before guest arrival, organizing our storage/warehouse, etc.
The rest of the time, you'll be working via your computer from our small private office in the Short North (within a beautiful co-working space) or from home (as long as you have a dedicated quiet space where you can focus without noise or distractions).

WHAT IS THE SCHEDULE? Our business hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
Your schedule will reflect this ( 40 hours/week), although we are open to a part-time arrangement for the right person (20-25 hours/week).
We work hard to protect each other's work/life balance, so after-hours tasks are generally pretty rare.
But it's important to note that we are in the hospitality business, and that you'll have an important role in a small company.
You'll be trusted to get things done no matter what it takes, and this will occasionally mean starting early or working late.

01pm every day), that's fine - we will still consider you! However, preference will be given to candidates who are willing and able to offer some flexibility when needed.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
