Answering inbound calls 90% of the time while:
Identifying and resolving any escalated customer or store concerns in a timely and professional manner, and responding to/redirecting calls as appropriate.
Being attentive to the needs of the customer as a trustworthy member of the team.
Resolving customer inquiries each Customer Care representative will be prompted to up-sell a different product offering to our eligible customer on each call.
Updating and documenting account information and records.
Following established guidelines for compliance, quality and productivity.
Identifying reasons for referrals and authorize/decline purchases while interpreting customer financial profile.

Balance customer and business needs while producing a positive definable moment.
Consult, influence and sell to customers.
Work in a fast paced environment where changes to procedures are common.
Actively listen, interpret and resolve customer inquiries while updating customer account information.
Ability to learn customized
Salary: $12.00 - $13.80 per hour
Shift: 2nd shift
Hours/days: 12:30pm-9pm, Monday through Friday, plus 3 Saturdays and 1 Sunday required per month.
High School Diploma.
1-2 years Customer Service experience in a call center or a retail environment face to face.
Computer skills, Typing 25 WPM, Data entry skills, Keyboard experience.
Successful completion of a background check.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
