Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Internal Auditor to join their corporate accounting team.
Primary duties will include:
Provide recommendations and assist in implementation of new or improved accounting policies and business processes
Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings
Participate in annual enterprise-wide management requests
Perform audits of general
computer
controls
Provide objective and professional descriptions of operational and internal control procedures
Perform compliance audits to ensure effectiveness of corporate policy
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting. CPA and or CIA preferred
Four or more years internal audit experience ideally with restaurant organization
Broad based knowledge of GAAP policies and procedures
Excellent written and oral communication skills
High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
