Provide administrative support to Senior Level Management working across multiple
applications within the MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PP and Excel) and several web based applications. The Administrative Assistant will focus on producing high quality deliverables. As a member of the team this individual will assist in providing reports to management, schedule travel, and provide marketing support such as research, proofreading and editing. Other duties include but are not limited to sorting the daily incoming mail, scheduling conference calls, and completing outreach efforts in conjunction with the PIN Mission.
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and arrangements for management MS Outlook/MS Calendar.
Prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules.
Prepare and analyze various reports, documents and presentations with a variety of software applications in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Complete data entry into customized software.
Plans and arranges conferences, meetings and/or special
under general instructions from management; communicates arrangements to appropriate individuals.
Prepares or directs preparation of minutes, notices, manuals, agendas and correspondence with all supporting documentation, requiring application of specialized knowledge of the assigned function.
Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls, maintain electronic filing system.
Handle requests for information and data.
Resolve administrative problems and inquiries and prepare written responses to routine inquiries.
Adhere to confidentiality and discretion as this role has access to confidential company information.
Salary: $12.50 - $15.00 per hour DOE
Location: Columbus, OH
Office Hours: 8 am - 6 pm EST, Monday - Friday
5+ years of Administrative Assistant capacity or equivalent supporting two to four individuals in an Administrative capacity.
Intermediate to Advanced user of MS Outlook, Calendar, Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
Experience with web based applications are ideal.
Ability to type at least 40 wpm.
Excellent verbal/written communication skills, multi-tasking skills & detail oriented.
Ability to navigate multiple applications and learn company specific software.
Ability to search and browse internet proficiently.
Strong time management skills with the ability to quickly assess priorities and make adjustments as needed.
Ability to maintain positive relationships and work well within a team both in-office and virtual team.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
