We are seeking an exceptional HR Administrative Assistant with a positive attitude to support the HR Dept for our well established and fast growing International company. Responsibilities data entry of new hire, prescreen prospective employees, conduct reference checks, prepare offer letters, process new hire paperwork. assist in the coordination benefits enrollment meetings, benefits changes, terms/cancellations assist with the implementation of organizational development and training solutions. assist with the resolution of administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analysing data, and identifying solutions provide administrative support by typing letters, emails, memos, forms, spreadsheets, etc. answering

inquiries in a timely manner ensuring an environment of complete confidentiality and a high level of professionalism complete additional tasks and special projects as assigned by the HR Director Qualifications: must have a positive attitude, be adaptable/flexible to changes, work well under pressure/deadlines minimum 2 years Human Resources experience preferred Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or equivalent experience meticulous attention to detail strong analytical, communication and customer service skills strong proficiency in MS Office Suite diligent work ethic, must be self-motivated and able to take the initiative to get the
job

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
