Kimball Midwest is searching for an Associate Sales Recruiter in our Columbus, OH office. This person would be responsible for screening and referring sales candidates and assisting with the recruitment and training of outside sales managers and reps.

Qualifications
Our Ideal Candidate:
Has a BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, or related degree and/or 1-2 years sales recruiting experience
Can work closely with a diverse and demanding group of hiring sales managers.
Is highly self-motivated and driven to exceed expectations.
Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to be responsive and persuasive at all levels of the organization.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
