Contract-To-Hire
Our client is looking to hire 3 PMs with Strong Software/System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Project Management experience with multiple projects. Good Customer interface: Clearly, effectively communicate with customer contacts and team members project plans, schedules, directions, issues and risks. Bring stakeholders together with regular project meetings to focus responsibilities, deliverables, issues, risks to meet agreed to project plans and schedules. Proactively focus customer needs and wants with the project team (partners, BA's, developers, testers, deployment, etc.). Develops project schedule based on organizational starting point schedule.
MS Office and MS Project experience. Healthcare/Medicaid experience a plus. Manages all aspects of project from startup to implementation (on-time, within budget, expectations). Manages project cost/schedule/resource variances and time. Provides accurate, frequently updated project schedule and cost forecast. Triggers invoicing milestones in line with forecast. Ensures provision of proof of delivery in line with contract for all billable work. Determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for project. Follows up with customer as needed. PMP preferred.
