will manage and supervise multiple projects and company staff to provide outstanding mechanical and plumbing service to residential, commercial and industrial customers according to Company policy and procedure. Reports to Company President.
Candidate Profile:
Must have 8
yrs plumbing contractor experience
Must have 5+years previous management or leadership experience with a contractor
Must possess proficient
computer
skills, being adept at Microsoft Word and Excel
Must also possess above average mathematical and verbal and written communication skills.
Must maintain a clean well-groomed appearance (business casual) and abide by the Company Drug and Harassment Policies.
Must be well organized, a logical thinker, able to focus on the tasks and deadlines at-hand and at all times be attentive to details and prioritization of tasks.
Must be capable of lifting up to 40 poundsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
