The candidate will create a collaborative team to handle the legal and regulatory needs of the Office of Treasury, mortgage company and Bank, and to monitor and implement requirements imposed by Federal Reserve supervision. Will develop comprehensive support of Enterprise Risk Management as it is a key part of the Federal Reserve oversight structure and is currently under supported due to lack of resources. Ensure communication among all attorneys and paralegals to eliminate duplicative work, increase efficiency and consistency and to flex work among the areas as needed. Develop and manage a large collaborative team (8 attorneys, 2 paralegals and 1 admin) supporting legal and regulatory needs relating to banking for the Nationwide enterprise, and to monitor and implement requirements imposed by Federal Reserve supervision. Ensure communication among all attorneys and paralegals to eliminate duplicative work, increase consistency and leverage skills of the various team members to support all areas needing banking and financing related support. Develop comprehensive support of Enterprise Risk Management as it relates to Federal Reserve oversight and beyond. Will require communication, coordination and collaboration across the Corporate Practice Group. Communicate all significant issues as needed among OCLO partners, impacted business units and senior management. Responsible for drafting Board presentation materials (Bank, Mortgage Company and Nationwide Mutual Board and Committees) on a regular basis. Develop technical expertise in banking, financing and savings and loan holding company legal and regulatory issues.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
