The Branch Security Officer is responsible for all physical security applications, training, and emergency response programs for the location ensuring employee and customer safety and company profitability. This role will manage and maintain store facilities and systems. Additional responsibilities include establishing and maintaining an open line of communication between internal and/or external resources.
The qualified individual will posses a High School Diploma, computer skills, the highest level of integrity, strong Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook experience, the ability to work retail store hours necessary, including nights, weekends and holidays, demonstrated leadership ability, the ability to communicate effectively both by verbal and written means, an openness and directness of approach to people and problems which will foster a spirit of cooperation and participation from all individuals toward a goal, and strong interpersonal skills
