Business Technology Controls Lead - Auto Finance / Student Lending / CCB Operations
This role will be part of the Business Technology Control organization responsible for engaging with AFSL/CBB Ops Control Officers, Audit and Information Risk Managers to ensure a consistent application of Technology Controls within the lines of business.
Candidate will be directly responsible for setting strategic direction for the execution of RCSA technology controls, engagement in audits and providing direction for control design and execution, liaising between Information Risk Management and the business, and engaging in large scale programs to standardize Business approach to Access Management and User Tool controls.
Responsibilities will include:
Provide oversight for business execution of IT Control related programs/initiatives
Create awareness and engagement within the Control Office and business teams on firm-wide and LOB technology initiatives
Have a clear understanding and provide updates for the firm-wide I&AM initiatives, including File Share Remediation and Profile Management
Enforce User Tools Governance and Control implementation
Business liaison for all IT Control related initiatives
Provide IT control expertise and guidance for RCSA execution and Audit interface
Drive the Information Owner support efforts (tools, training, website)
Manage Communication and Reporting to Operating Division leads to ensure the right level of support and oversight is available
Generate executive reporting and communications on program status
Strong understanding of technology controls and experience in driving business programs
At least 5 years of Risk Management/Audit experience
At least 5 years of relevant AFSL or CCB Operations experience
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and efforts throughout the organization
Strong organizational, project management, and multi-tasking skills with demonstrated ability to manage expectations and deliver results
Ability to collaborate with multiple functions and gain consensus
High level of professionalism, self-motivation, teamwork, and sense of urgency
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
