-Proof of identity and eligibility for your I-9 form (the accepted documents list is attached to this email.)
-A voided check or Direct Deposit Authorization form from your bank to enroll in direct deposit.
-Previous employer contact information including dates of employment.
-HS Diploma, GED, or other credentials
