Supervisor's instructions, industry practices and client regulations.

The eRouting Specialist's role is to manage and control the movement of creative print and digital tactics throughout the agency. The eRouting Specialist acts as an extension of the Project Management team, working with all agency departments to ensure agency review process is being followed.
Description of Duties
o Accurately records and tracks the movement of multiple simultaneous eRoutes through the agency within an online Project Management system for agency team members to access for review/approval.
o Works with internal agency Project Managers to help meet deadlines.
o Troubleshoots and informs Project Manager of any problems with deadlines.
o Ability to multitask and efficiently manage time and priorities is critical.
o Must be highly organized and extremely detail-oriented with great attention to accuracy.
o Assist with other projects as needed.
Minimum Requirements
o BA/BS or equivalent preferred.
o Strong organizational and planning skills.
o Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
o Knowledge of MS Office.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
