REPORTS TO: Regional Sales Manager
POSITION
Summary:
This position is responsible for managing the sales process and marketing campaigns. The ideal employee will be highly relational, tech savvy, have a strong attention to detail, and possess strong business acumen.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
oSales - 70%
oProvides customers with marketing materials
oIdentifies sales potential through accurate record keeping
oAssist Sales manager with setting appointments
oAssist with marketing campaigns
oProvides communication about accounts to sales manager
oAssisting in the daily growth and development of our company
oAssisting with efforts of new business acquisition
oExpertly managing the needs of external customers
oDeveloping strong leadership and interpersonal skills
oNegotiates service and sales with customers to increase overall growth
oIdentifies new markets and customer potential through prospecting
oBuilds relationships with customers to establish trust

oCustomer Service - 20%oEnsure that all protocols for customer service is being followed to include proper warranty actions and follow through
oEnsure customer satisfaction through the coordination of customer service and accounting activities
oEstablishes internal communication between departments on Customer service issues
oProvides exceptional Service through follow-up and consistency



oAdministrative Duties - 10%oFiles all paperwork associated with company loyalty programs.

oPerforms other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.

Job Requirements:
oMust have a high school diploma some college preferred
oMust have the ability to do basic math
oAbility to learn automotive terminology a plus
oBasic understanding of Microsoft office suite
oMust have a dependable mode of transportation to and from workEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
