Receive paid training at the company's tech center at headquarters before pairing with a mentor and joining a service team working on machinery installation and repair at local facilities.
Once fully trained and certified, travel to customer plants across the country and work on machinery, controllers, robotics, and a variety of other automation assisting plant operations.
