JPMorgan Chase & Co. has an opening for Senior Marketing Analyst in Columbus, Ohio. Measure the effectiveness of Chases retail marketing campaigns for consumer financial products. Perform analysis to quantify statistical and practical significance of marketing campaigns and provide results to drive future strategic decisions. Derive metrics related to campaign response, account quality and campaign profitability. Bring together final metrics and overall marketing strategy to tell the story of how successful a campaign was and what can be learned and used to inform future campaigns. Deliver campaign and ad-hoc results to clients in face to face one on one settings or in larger group settings. Additionally, prepare presentations to deliver to senior management. Create efficient analytical processes to deliver timely and accurate results in a fast paced and numbers oriented environment.
Employer will accept Masters degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or related quantitative field; and 2 years of work experience in the job offered or 2 years of work experience in a marketing analytics-related occupation. Experience must include: 1. executing advanced SAS code containing macros and SQL; 2. using visual techniques for data analysis and presentation of results; 3. applying statistical methods to business problems; 4. breaking down and communicating complex statistical methods, both orally and written, into simple, concise, easy to understand business language for marketing clients; 5. efficiently extracting data from large, structured corporate data warehouses containing millions of rows of data and thousands of tables; and 6. working on multiple projects across multiple times simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
