Job Description:
The Manager, Marketing Planning & Programs is responsible for ensuring that marketing campaigns and associated content production across channels are on time, on budget and adhere to the requirements established by the Marketing channel Directors. This includes the accountability of ensuring correct optimization of internal and external resources including creative agencies and internal creative resources. The Manager, Marketing Planning & Programs primarily oversees project plans and production timelines; monitors projects and triages as necessary to mitigate risks to schedule and budget. The Manager, Marketing Planning & Programs serves as a central point of communication and prioritization for the Marketing team. The Manager, Marketing Planning & Programs ensures visibility and look for global efficiencies with international partners. The Manager, Marketing Planning & Programs develops, implements, and maintains Standard Operating and Procedures (SOPs) to optimize workflow from development through approvals and release.
25%: Partners with Marketing leadership, channel managers and various internal partners to create accurate project plans with clearly defined milestones, deliverables and tasks to meet goals of the campaign calendar.
25%: Ensures that the Marketing department is appropriately leveraging the creative resources and functionality available within the organization in line with campaign planning. This includes oversight of workload, assignment of projects, resolution of issues, management of timeframes, budget and vendors.
20%: Manages internal and external creative production of assets to ensure resource efficiency across channels and optimization of such assets (photography, videos, editorial, etc.). Collaborates with International Marketing partners to share content efficiencies.
15%: Serves as central point of contact within the Marketing team and with agency partners for project timelines, risk assessment and identifying prioritization issues to escalate.
15%: Develops and maintains communication tools for both campaign planning and asset management that are visible to leadership, the Marketing department and key internal and external partners. Ensures tools are maintained, updated and have optimal access and usability.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Course of Study/Major: Marketing, Business or related discipline or equivalent experience in a related field required
Related Work
Experience: 8-10 years
-Strong project management experience in an ad agency, Marketing department or other fast-paced, high-volume environment
-Superior communication, presentation and interpersonal skills; develops strong stakeholder relationships with business leaders throughout the organization
-Extensive experience project managing in digital marketing environments, including thorough understanding of development process and creation of assets to be distributed through digital marketing channels
-Global experience preferred
-Proactive and resourceful; works well with limited supervision
-Player/coach with 8
years overall business experience with an emphasis on marketing and creative services
-Strong understanding of CRM systems, specifically, Salesforce.com
-Excellent analytical, organizational, troubleshooting & strong interpersonal skills
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
-Experience working within cross-functional stakeholders and executives
-Detail oriented, organized, self-motivated to follow through on requests (without requiring management follow-up), -Ability to multi-task efficiently on parallel efforts and perform professionally under pressure
-Proactive around business priorities and works with a sense of urgency
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
