Position Summary/Objective:

This position is based on-site atour clientâ s location in your area. A Best Upon Request concierge proactivelygenerates requests from the eligible population he or she serves. Utilizationof the service is key to a successful concierge program. In addition, aconcierge responds to incoming customer requests, either fulfilling directly orpartnering with our many local and national vendors.

Accountable for:


  • Deliveringexcellent customer service
  • Anticipatingand addressing customersâ needs
  • Fulfillingcustomer requests, running errands, coordinating travel needs, performing andpresenting information research and various other personal service requests
  • Managingeffectively a fast-paced environment with numerous projects
  • Achievingdaily and monthly metrics regarding customer utilization, satisfaction, volumeof requests, and usage of our service management platform
  • Maintainingconfidential and proprietary company and customer information and assets

Success Management

  • Connectingregularly with People Ambassador (Concierge Coach)
  • Developingand maintaining positive working relationships with our client liaison,executive sponsor, customers and vendors
  • Participatingin BEST and Client meetings
  • Recordingaccurate data and operating point-of-sale service management platform daily
  • Closingdaily and monthly petty cash
  • Reconcilingcorporate credit card accounts
  • Reconcilingsite inventory
  • Verifyingsite charges for invoicing

Marketing and Customer Engagement

  • Attendingbenefits fairs, new-hire orientations, BEST grand openings and open houses
  • Presentingto departments or other groups
  • Educatingpotential customers on enrollment process
  • Roundingto potential customers and customers for marketing purposes
  • Garneringcustomer feedback form responses
  • LeveragingBESTâ s customer marketing team to produce and distribute communications topotential customers and current customers

Vendor and Program Development/Maintenance

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Extremelytrustworthy, reliable, dependable and flexible
  • Three to fiveyears of customer service experience preferred
  • Associateâ s orBachelorâ s degree preferred
  • Reliabletransportation; willingness to use daily on the job; must be able to meetminimum vehicle insurance liability coverage

Working Conditions:

Must be able to stand, sit and walk for extended periods oftime, and move, lift, carry, push and pull objects weighing 25 pounds on aregular basis and up to 50 pounds on occasion.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
