Property Manager

A successful management company located in the Midwest is looking for an experienced Property Manager for our property located in Columbus, OH.
We are looking for a person who has 2-5 years of Project Based Section 8 Housing and HUD experience.
A COS designation is preferred.
People skills are also critical to the success of the Property Manager.
This is a Full time position, with an excellent benefit package and attractive salary.

Responsibility includes:

  • Marketing property and increasing traffic
  • Well organized and attention to detail
  • Processing applications and certifications
  • Weekly and monthly financial reports
  • Budget compliance
  • Excellent customer service
  • Supervise maintenance staff
  • Ensure the curb appeal is impeccable

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
